  Booked as all inclusive unfortunately not all was included. I expected to pay for premium drinks etc however I did not expect to pay for snacks at the pool side. Having stayed at the Be Live Experience in Lanzarote everything including snacks at the pool side and other areas was included as well as free bottled water.

  Lovely hotel, food nice but needs to be hotter. Staff polite and friendly. Really clean and can't do enough for you. Would defo recommended.

  Entertainment was Terrible never experienced anything like it,complete joke.And if you wanted to stay in rather than be insulted down stairs your television didn't have any English channels.

  Food wasn't great, often cold or uncooked. Staff at the bar are slow and let people jump the queue. Drinks taste watered down. Rooms are lovely and cleaned everyday. 2 minute walk from the beach, 5 mins from the zoo, 10 minutes into town. Would visit again and pay for just the room, not for drinks or food.

  Seemingly basic hotel, some entertainment on but not the best of quality. Food for dinner and breakfast was very nice which was included in our half board. Got a massage down below that wasn't up to par as expected but not bad. Also got a manicure and pedicure in the salon across from the toilets that was awful. The girl was stuck for time I understand but completely rushed, half done job. Nice pool area with pool bar, drink prices were steep enough for tenerife. Paid 8 euro for a G&T. Nice roof area also if you're looking for a tan. One thing I can say is the cleaners are very good, left the hotel room spotless with fresh towels every day and were very polite unlike some reception staff

  Very disappointing after flight delay arriveing at this Hotel which wasn't how our Local Thomson travel agent explained it to be.Room super exposed in photos when it's nothing than a box room,will be seeing Thompson Rep tomorrow to get Hotel change.
